According to MUIS guidelines, if a Muslim has made a valid CPF nomination, the nominated beneficiaries are able to receive the funds directly as a gift (Nuzriah) rather than being subject to Faraid distribution. If no nomination exists, the CPF funds are distributed via Faraid.
